Permits and Codes. All permits and licenses necessary for the completion and execution of the work shall be secured and paid for by the Contractor. All work shall be done in conformance with applicable laws, ordinances, and municipal codes. The Contractor is responsible for providing any and all information required to secure approval for all necessary permits and licenses. The Contractor shall provide the LPA with a copy of any permits required. Should the Contractor perform work without securing the necessary permits or licenses, they shall bear all costs and liabilities arising therefrom.
