Permit Blocks. No Loan Party has been barred for a period in excess of fourteen (14) consecutive days from receiving surface mining or underground mining permits pursuant to the permit block provisions of the Surface Mining Control and Reclamation Act, 30 U.S.C. § § 1201 et seq., and the regulations promulgated with respect thereto, or any corresponding state laws or regulations.
