Permit Application Fees. The amount of the fee accompanying an application for a permit shall be determined in accordance with W.S. 35–11–406(a)(xii). All permit fees shall be retained by the State and deposited with the State Treasurer in the General Fund. The Financial Status Report sub- mitted pursuant to 30 CFR 735.26 shall in- clude a report of the amount of permit appli- cation fees collected and attributable to Fed- eral lands during the prior Federal fiscal year.
