Permissible Use of Information Sample Clauses
Permissible Use of Information. The requesting Exchange may use the information furnished pursuant to this Information Sharing Agreement solely:
(a) for the purposes stated in the request, including ensuring compliance with or enforcement of the rules of the requesting Exchange specified in the request, and related provisions; or
(b) for any other related regulatory purposes, including assisting in or conducting a civil or administrative enforcement proceeding, assisting in or conducting a self-regulatory enforcement proceeding, conducting or assisting in a criminal prosecution, or assisting in or conducting any investigation related thereto for any general charge applicable to the violation of the provision specified in the request.
Permissible Use of Information. IOC acknowledges that the local unit is providing sensitive information about local debts for the purpose of conducting offsets under the Agreement. As such, IOC will use the information solely in connection with the Local Debt Recovery Program. IOC shall safeguard the local information in the same manner as it protects State debt information. The local unit acknowledges that IOC is providing sensitive information about State payments for the purpose of conducting offsets under the Agreement. As such, the local unit will use the information solely in connection with the Local Debt Recovery Program. The local unit shall safeguard State information in the same manner as it protects local debt information. The parties may use information in any litigation involving the parties, when such information is relevant to the litigation.
Permissible Use of Information. Each Requesting Authority shall give a written undertaking that any material or copy thereof obtained pursuant to its request shall not be used for any other purpose than a purpose that is specified in the request and approved by the Requested Authority.
Permissible Use of Information. The Requesting Authority may use non-public information and non-public documents furnished in response to a request for assistance under this MOU solely for:
Permissible Use of Information. 1. The requesting Authority may use the information received from the requested Authority solely:
(a) for the purposes stated in the request with respect to ensuring compliance with or enforcement of the laws or regulations of the requesting Authority, including the laws or regulations specified in the request;
(b) for purposes within the general framework of the use stated in the request, including referral to the Justice Department of the United States of America or the Ministry of Justice of the State of Israel for assisting in a criminal prosecution for a violation of laws or regulations, including any general criminal charge related thereto (e.g., mail and wire fraud, perjury, false statements or obstruction of justice), or conducting a civil enforcement proceeding relating thereto by the SEC or ISA, or conducting an administrative enforcement proceeding by the SEC;
(c) in responding to requests for information from the national legislature; or
(d) pursuant to a diplomatic note to be exchanged between the Government of Israel and the Government of the United States of America.
2. The requesting Authority will, to the fullest extent possible, notify the requested Authority by letter of a request pursuant to paragraph 1(c) of this Article.
Permissible Use of Information. Confidential information received or accessed under this agreement may only be used for Permissible Uses of executing the statements of work incorporated into this Agreement. Any other use of confidential information is strictly prohibited. Once the Permissible Use of the confidential information is completed, all confidential information must be returned to DOL and/or disposed in accordance with DOL’s disposition requirements which will be set forth at that time. Inherent with this restriction in permissible use, Stellar may not disclose any information it obtains pursuant to this agreement to any third party, other than approved subcontractors. DOL may require Stellar employees and/or subcontractors to execute specific Non- Disclosure Agreements, but absent such an agreement, Stellar understands that it still has the affirmative duty to prevent its employees and subcontractors from disclosing any confidential information.
