Common use of Permanent Traffic Control Clause in Contracts

Permanent Traffic Control. The location, form and character of informational, regulatory and warning signs, of traffic signals and of curb and pavement or other markings installed or placed by any public authority, or other agency as authorized by K.S.A. 8-2005, must conform to the manual and specifications adopted under K.S.A. 8-2003, and any amendments thereto are incorporated by reference and shall be subject to FHWA approval.
