Permanent Solution. The FCC, the Commissions and industry forums are working towards a permanent approach to providing service provider number portability. BellSouth will implement a permanent approach as developed and approved by the Commission, the FCC and industry forums. Consistent with the requirements to move to Permanent Number Portability, Interim Service Provider Number Portability may be available only until such permanent solution is implemented.
Permanent Solution. The Parties agree to continue their mutual collaborative efforts to explore and develop a permanent solution to resolve their differences of opinion as to whether ID No. 1 is a special district that is subject to the special district provisions of the ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇-▇▇▇▇-▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ Act and/or to provide a more efficient process to address some or all of the matters provided for in this Agreement.
