Permanent Posting Clause Samples

The Permanent Posting clause establishes the right or obligation for certain content, information, or notices to remain continuously accessible or displayed, typically on a website or public forum. In practice, this may require that legal notices, terms of service, or other important documents are not removed or hidden from view for the duration specified in the agreement. This clause ensures that critical information remains available to all relevant parties, thereby promoting transparency and ongoing compliance with legal or contractual requirements.
