Periodical Docking Sample Clauses

Periodical Docking a. Owners have the right and obligation to dry dock the Vessel as required by U.S. Coast Guard and applicable classification society regulation and rules. Owners shall offer a port and date for such periodical drydocking and Charterers shall take all reasonable steps to make the Vessel available as near to such date as practicable. Owners shall provide Charterers with written notice of the date the Vessel should be made available for drydocking at least ninety (90) days in advance. Owners shall provide Charterers a minimum of ten (10) days prior written notice of the date the Vessel will be released from
