Periodic Testing. All interconnection-related protective functions and associated batteries shall be periodically tested at intervals specified by the manufacturer, system integrator, or authority that has jurisdiction over the Customer-Generator Facility interconnection. Periodic test reports or a log for inspection shall be maintained.
Periodic Testing. Seller shall coordinate periodic testing of the Facility with Company to ensure that the Facility is meeting the performance standards specified under this Agreement.
Periodic Testing. A sensitive employee may be required to submit to drug/alcohol testing during a fixed time frame, such as a return from leave.
Periodic Testing. Subsequent to the Commencement Date, submit to periodic (post-appointment) health examinations and supplementary tests, provided by CAMC Employee Health, which may include tests for drug use and/or alcohol abuse, as are deemed necessary by CAMC or the Institute to ensure that Resident is physically, mentally, and emotionally capable of performing essential duties and/or as are otherwise necessary to the operation of the Program. Further, Resident agrees to continue to meet CAMC's, the Institute’s and the State of West Virginia's standards for immunizations in the same manner as all other CAMC personnel. The results of all examinations of Resident shall be provided to the CAMC Employee Health Office. The same requirements concerning Resident's health status that applied at the time of Resident's initial appointment shall apply thereafter and shall constitute a continuing condition of this Agreement and Resident's appointment to the Staff unless CAMC or the Institute changes these requirements subsequent to the Commencement Date hereof.
Periodic Testing. A substance test required of an employee on the basis of the fact that he or she has not been tested over the preceding 36 month period.
Periodic Testing. The State may conduct periodic testing of any aspect of the Services or the Prison to verify that the Contractor has complied with the Contractor’s Obligations, and the Contractor must fully co-operate in allowing those tests to be undertaken.
Periodic Testing. Sworn Officers will be required to undergo a chemical test for dangerous drugs when they are required to take a physical examination as a condition of maintaining their USCG-issued license. At the present time, 46 CFR 10.709 requires that Sworn Officers undergo an annual physical examination in order to maintain their license. Therefore, the required chemical drug test will be conducted at the same time as the physical examination, and the specific testing procedure to be followed is described in Attachment #2. Such testing will be conducted on City time and Sworn Officers will be paid for time spent undergoing such tests.
Periodic Testing. HSE will provide a location at the Point of Interconnection where the City can and will perform periodic testing at its own discretion.
Periodic Testing. Provider shall periodically test (at least every twelve (12) months) all recovery strategies and critical systems and infrastructure as identified in the BC Plan. Provider shall discuss and agree to such testing with Company and allow Company the opportunity to participate, observe and monitor the testing. After the testing has been concluded, Provider shall provide Company with a detailed summary of the results applicable to the Services and with an action plan to remedy any inadequacies highlighted by the testing. This may be required to be accomplished through participation in Company-directed exercises (including without limitation call tree, table top or full scale disaster walkthrough exercises).
Periodic Testing. Producer shall conduct periodic testing of the Constituents specified in Table 1 in accordance with the timelines set forth in this Section 4.6 (“Periodic Testing”). For each Periodic Testing event, Producer will collect the Biomethane samples and send them to an independent certified third-party laboratory. The Producer shall provide at least two (2) business days’ advance notice to NW Natural of Biomethane sampling and NW Natural shall have the option to have a representative present to observe the samples being taken. The Producer shall share the results with NW Natural within five (5) business days of receipt unless immediate action is required as specified in Section 4.11. If the laboratory results from any testing event identify the need for shut-off based on any of the circumstances enumerated in Section 4.11, Producer will immediately notify NW Natural of the results by calling the NW Natural Gas Control phone number set forth in Section 8.1(a), as may be updated from time to time by NW Natural.
