Periodic Testing. All interconnection-related protective functions and associated batteries shall be periodically tested at intervals specified by the manufacturer, system integrator, or authority that has jurisdiction over the Customer-Generator Facility interconnection. Periodic test reports or a log for inspection shall be maintained.

Periodic Testing. HSE will provide a location at the Point of Interconnection where the City can and will perform periodic testing at its own discretion.
Periodic Testing. Provider shall periodically test (at least every twelve (12) months) all recovery strategies and critical systems and infrastructure as identified in the BC Plan. Provider shall discuss and agree to such testing with Company and allow Company the opportunity to participate, observe and monitor the testing. After the testing has been concluded, Provider shall provide Company with a detailed summary of the results applicable to the Services and with an action plan to remedy any inadequacies highlighted by the testing. This may be required to be accomplished through participation in Company-directed exercises (including without limitation call tree, table top or full scale disaster walkthrough exercises).
Periodic Testing. Producer shall conduct periodic testing of the Constituents specified in Table 1 in accordance with the timelines set forth in this Section 4.6 (“Periodic Testing”). For each Periodic Testing event, Producer will collect the Biomethane samples and send them to an independent certified third-party laboratory. The Producer shall provide at least two (2) business days’ advance notice to NW Natural of Biomethane sampling and NW Natural shall have the option to have a representative present to observe the samples being taken. The Producer shall share the results with NW Natural within five (5) business days of receipt unless immediate action is required as specified in Section 4.11. If the laboratory results from any testing event identify the need for shut-off based on any of the circumstances enumerated in Section 4.11, Producer will immediately notify NW Natural of the results by calling the NW Natural Gas Control phone number set forth in Section 8.1(a), as may be updated from time to time by NW Natural.
