Periodic Review of Expenses. The Parties shall review together all expenses of the Company on a monthly basis for purposes of maintaining expense controls and shall reasonably agree on expenses in excess of budgeted amounts and any expenses to be incurred in excess of $20,000, individually or in the aggregate.
