Periodic requalification Clause Samples
The 'Periodic requalification' clause requires that certain individuals, equipment, or processes undergo regular assessments to ensure they continue to meet specified standards or qualifications. Typically, this involves scheduled reviews, testing, or training at set intervals, such as annually or biannually, to confirm ongoing compliance with regulatory or contractual requirements. This clause helps maintain consistent quality and safety over time by preventing lapses in competency or performance.
