PERIODIC RENTAL. Lessee shall pay rent ("Periodic Rental") for the Basic Term in an amount calculated by multiplying the Total Cost by the Periodic Rental Rate set forth in the Lease multiplied by the number of periods constituting the length of the Basic Term. Lessee shall pay installments of Periodic Rental to Lessor in accordance with the payment schedule set forth in the Lease.
