PERIODIC ASSISTANCE. We may provide advisory assistance in the operation and promotion of the Healthy Bites Grill Franchise, as we deem advisable. Advisory assistance may include additional training and assistance, communication of new developments, improvements in equipment and supplies, and new techniques in advertising, service and management relevant to the operation of the Healthy Bites Grill Franchise.
PERIODIC ASSISTANCE. The Franchisor may provide to the Representative continuing advisory assistance in the operation and promotion of the Franchises as the Franchisor deems advisable, which may include communication of new developments, improvements in equipment and supplies, and new techniques in advertising, service and management that are relevant to the operation of the Franchised Business.
PERIODIC ASSISTANCE. We will provide you periodic assistance in the marketing, management, and operation of the Franchised Business at the times and in the manner that we determine. We may periodically offer you the services of certain of our representatives, such as a representative from agency support, and these representatives may periodically visit your Franchised Business and offer advice regarding your operations.
