Common use of Period of Guarantee Clause in Contracts

Period of Guarantee. The Period of Guarantee for each Eligible Engine will start on the date JetBlue initiates commercial operation of its first Aircraft (including for purposes of this Guarantee, the Leased Aircraft) powered by such Engine and will terminate [****] years from that date or upon the expiration of the first [****] hours of operation of such Engine, whichever is the sooner.

Period of Guarantee. The Period of Guarantee for each Eligible Engine will start on the date JetBlue initiates commercial operation of its first Aircraft (including for purposes of this Guarantee, the Leased Aircraft) powered by such Engine Eligible Engines and will terminate [****] years from that date or upon the expiration of the first [****] hours of operation of such Engine, whichever is the soonerdate.
