Period of Enabling Contract Sample Clauses
The 'Period of Enabling Contract' clause defines the specific timeframe during which the contract is active and the parties are authorized to perform the agreed-upon enabling activities. Period of Enabling Contract. The Enabling Contract shall cover all Tasked Orders issued by the Authorised Demander(s) detailed at Paragraph 6 below from 03rd December 2012 to 02nd December 2016. After expiry of the 4 year period there shall be a 6 month drawdown period. For the purposes of this Enabling Contract the identity of the Authority shall be taken to mean all units and establishments of the Ministry of Defence and any other government department (OGD) or contracting authority. After the expiry of this period, no new contracts relating to this Enabling Contract will be issued.
Period of Enabling Contract. The Enabling Contract shall cover all Tasked Orders issued by the Authorised ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇(s) detailed at Paragraph 6 below from the 1st May 2015 for a period of 4 years until the 30th April 2019. The Contract offer is to remain open for the Authority’s acceptance for a further 3 Option Years. After the expiry of this period, no new contracts relating to this Enabling Contract will be issued.
Period of Enabling Contract. In addition to the firm price (i.e. not subject to variation) core activities of Lot 1 Items 1, 2b, 2c and 2d within the Enabling Contract, the Enabling Contract shall cover all Taskings issued by the Authorised ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇(s) detailed at Paragraph 5 below. For the purposes of this Enabling Contract the identity of the Authority shall be taken to mean all units and establishments of the Ministry of Defence and any other government department or contracting authority. After the expiry of this period no new Contracts relating to this Enabling Contract will be issued, unless the option year as detailed below is exercised. Year 1 Contract Award – 31 March 2013 Year 2 1 April 2013 – 31 March 2014 Year 3 1 April 2014 – 31 March 2015 At the end of this period the Authority shall have the option to extend the Enabling Contract for a further one (1) year it being agreed that the Authority has no obligation to use such option. The option to extend the Enabling Contract will be exercised by no later than one month before Contract Expiry, in the event of this option being exercised by the Authority the Option Year will cover the year(s) as detailed below:
Year 4 1 April 2015 – 31 March 2016
Period of Enabling Contract. The contract shall cover all orders raised from the date of contract until 31 March 2011.
