Period for Performance. The period for performance of the Work shall commence on , 200_, and shall automatically be extended for successive periods, unless (a) either party sends written notice of its desire not to extend within sixty (60) days before the end of any such period (including the initial period), or (b) this Agreement is earlier terminated pursuant to Section 15. Contractor shall promptly inform ABC in writing of any actual or potential delay in the timely performance of the Work, and the reasons for such delay.
Period for Performance. Contractor shall complete the various portions of the additional Services in accordance with the following schedule:
1. Creative concepts, draft script, storyboarding or screenplay and story organization services Week of 5/27/2024
2. Pre-production services & script refinement Week of 6/3/2024
3. Production days services TBD by District 4. Post-production/Editing services Week of 6/10/2024 5. Typographic and motion graphic production services Week of 6/10/2024 6. Audio design and production services Week of 6/10/2024 7. Color correction, edit finalization and delivery services Week of 6/17/2024 All additional Services required by the Driver Recruitment SOW shall be completed by Contractor and the final creative work shall be delivered to District in final, usable form by no later than June 28, 2024.

Contractor shall promptly inform WAURISA in writing of any actual or potential delay in the timely performance of the Work, and the reason(s) for such a delay.
