Common use of PERIOD DURING WHICH AWARDS MAY BE GRANTED Clause in Contracts

PERIOD DURING WHICH AWARDS MAY BE GRANTED. Awards may be granted pursuant to the Plan from time to time within a period of ten (10) years from the Effective Date. From the tenth (10th) anniversary of the Effective Date no grants of Awards may be made and the Plan shall continue to be in full force and effect solely with respect to such Awards that remain outstanding. The Plan shall terminate at such time after the tenth (10th) anniversary of the Effective Date that no Awards remain outstanding.

The Plan shall terminate at such time after the tenth (10th) anniversary of the Effective Date that no Awards remain outstanding.

The Plan shall terminate at such time after the tenth twentieth (10th20th) anniversary of the Effective Date that no Awards remain outstanding.
