Perimeter Setbacks. The minimum setback from the property lines along the perimeter of the contract zone shall be 25 feet, except there is no minimum setback from the property line bordering Summer Street and bordering the Rail Trail west of the property line as depicted on Exhibit A attached to this agreement. Notwithstanding the foregoing, in the event that the Property is divided into individual lots, within the boundaries of the contract zone there shall be no minimum setback requirement beyond the minimum setback lines depicted in Exhibit A.
