Common use of Perils Clause in Contracts

Perils. (1) Subject to the terms and conditions thereof, a production insurance agreement covers a production loss during the crop year caused by one or more of the following designated perils which pertain to that insurable crop, insurable crop group or plan: (a) insect infestation and plant disease; (b) hail; (c) ▇▇▇▇▇; (d) drought; (e) excessive moisture; (f) wind; (g) damage from wildlife; (h) any other unavoidable loss due to adverse weather conditions beyond the control of the insured.
