Performance Upon Default Sample Clauses

The 'Performance Upon Default' clause outlines the obligations and actions required if one party fails to meet its contractual duties. Typically, this clause specifies the steps the non-defaulting party may take, such as demanding immediate performance, seeking remedies, or suspending their own obligations until the default is cured. Its core function is to provide a clear process for addressing breaches, ensuring that both parties understand the consequences of default and how performance will be managed in such situations.
