Performance Under this Guaranty. In the event that Purchaser fails to make any payment of any Guaranteed Obligations on or before the due date thereof, or if Purchaser shall fail to perform, keep, observe, or fulfill any other obligation referred to in clause (b) of Section 2 hereof in the manner provided in the Subordinated Note, Guarantor immediately shall cause such payment to be made or each of such obligations to be performed, kept, observed, or fulfilled.
