Common use of Performance Under this Guaranty Clause in Contracts

Performance Under this Guaranty. In the event that Borrower fails to make any payment of any Guarantied Obligations, on or prior to the date such payment is due and payable after expiration of any applicable grace period thereof, or if Borrower shall fail to perform, keep, observe, or fulfill any other obligation referred to in clause (b) of Section 2 of this Guaranty in the manner provided in the Credit Agreement or any other Loan Document after the expiration of any applicable grace or cure period, each Guarantor immediately shall cause, as applicable, such payment to be made or such obligation to be performed, kept, observed, or fulfilled; provided, however that no Guarantor shall be required to perform, keep, observe, or fulfill any other obligation referred to in clause (b) of Section 2 of this Guaranty if prohibited by law.

Performance Under this Guaranty.
