Common use of Performance Under this Guaranty Clause in Contracts

Performance Under this Guaranty. In the event that Borrower fails to make any payment of any Indebtedness on or before the due date thereof, or perform, keep, observe or fulfill any obligation, agreement or covenant included in the Indebtedness on or before the due date thereof, Guarantor immediately shall cause such Indebtedness to by paid, performed, kept, observed, or fulfilled, as the case may be.
