Common use of Performance Under this Guaranty Clause in Contracts

Performance Under this Guaranty. In the event that Borrower fails to make any payment of any Guaranteed Obligations on or before the due date thereof, or if Borrower shall fail to perform, keep, observe, or fulfill any other obligation referred to in clause (b) of Section 2 hereof in the manner provided in the Loan Documents, Guarantor immediately shall cause such payment to be made or each of such obligations to be performed, kept, observed, or fulfilled.

Performance Under this Guaranty. In the event that Borrower Debtor fails to make any payment of any Guaranteed Obligations Guarantied Obligations, on or before the due date thereof, or if Borrower Debtor shall fail to perform, keep, observe, or fulfill any other obligation referred to in clause CLAUSE (b) of Section OF SECTION 2 hereof in the manner provided in the Loan Agreement or the other Loan Documents, Guarantor as applicable, Guarantors immediately shall cause such payment to be made or each of such obligations to be performed, kept, observed, or fulfilled.

Performance Under this Guaranty. In the event that Borrower Debtor fails to make any payment of any Guaranteed Obligations Guarantied Obligations, on or before the due date thereof, or if Borrower Debtor shall fail to perform, keep, observe, or fulfill any other obligation referred to in clause IN CLAUSE (b) of Section OF SECTION 2 hereof in the manner provided in the Credit Agreement or the other Loan Documents, as applicable, Guarantor immediately shall cause such payment to be made or each of such obligations to be performed, kept, observed, or fulfilled.

Performance Under this Guaranty. In the event that Borrower fails to make any payment of any Guaranteed Obligations Guarantied Obligations, on or before the due date thereof, or if Borrower shall fail to perform, keep, observe, or fulfill any other obligation referred to in clause (b) of Section 2 hereof under the Loan Agreement or any other Loan Document in the manner provided in the Loan Documentstherein, as applicable, each Guarantor immediately shall cause such payment to be made or each of such obligations to be performed, kept, observed, or fulfilled.
