Common use of Performance Under this Guaranty Clause in Contracts

Performance Under this Guaranty. In the event that Borrower fails to make any payment of any Guarantied Obligations, on or prior to the due date thereof, or if Borrower shall fail to perform, keep, observe, or fulfill any other obligation referred to in clause (b) of Section 2 of this Guaranty in the manner provided in the Credit Agreement or any other Loan Document, Guarantor immediately shall cause, as applicable, such payment in respect of the Guarantied Obligations to be made or such obligation to be performed, kept, observed, or fulfilled.

Performance Under this Guaranty. In the event that Borrower Debtor fails ------------------------------- to make any payment of any Guarantied Obligations, on or prior to before the due date thereof, or if Borrower Debtor shall fail to perform, keep, observe, or fulfill any other obligation referred to in clause (b) of Section 2 of this Guaranty hereof in the manner provided ----------------------- in the Credit Loan Agreement or any the other Loan DocumentDocuments, as applicable, Guarantor immediately shall cause, as applicable, cause such payment in respect of the Guarantied Obligations to be made or each of such obligation obligations to be performed, kept, observed, or fulfilled.

Performance Under this Guaranty. In the event that a Borrower fails to make any payment of any Guarantied Obligations, Guaranteed Obligations on or prior to before the due date thereof, or if a Borrower shall fail to perform, keep, observe, or fulfill any other obligation referred to in clause (b) of Section 2 of this Guaranty hereof in the manner provided in the Credit Agreement or any other Loan DocumentDocuments, Guarantor immediately shall cause, as applicable, cause such payment in respect of the Guarantied Obligations to be made or each of such obligation obligations to be performed, kept, observed, or fulfilled.

Performance Under this Guaranty. In the event that Borrower Debtor fails to make any payment of any Guarantied Obligations, on or prior to before the due date thereof, or if Borrower Debtor shall fail to perform, keep, observe, or fulfill any other obligation referred to in clause (b) of Section 2 of this Guaranty hereof in the manner provided in the Credit Loan Agreement or any the other Loan DocumentDocuments, as applicable, Guarantor immediately shall cause, as applicable, cause such payment in respect of the Guarantied Obligations to be made or each of such obligation obligations to be performed, kept, observed, or fulfilled.

Performance Under this Guaranty. In the event that Borrower fails to make any payment of any Guarantied Obligations, Indebtedness on or prior to before the due date thereof, or if Borrower shall fail to perform, keep, observe, observe or fulfill any other obligation referred to in clause (b) of Section 2 of this Guaranty obligation, agreement or covenant included in the manner provided in Indebtedness on or before the Credit Agreement or any other Loan Documentdue date thereof, Guarantor immediately shall causecause such Indebtedness to by paid, as applicable, such payment in respect of the Guarantied Obligations to be made or such obligation to be performed, kept, observed, or fulfilled, as the case may be.

Performance Under this Guaranty. In the event that any Borrower fails to make any payment of any Guarantied Obligations, on or prior to the due date thereof, or if any Borrower shall fail to perform, keep, observe, or fulfill any other obligation referred to in clause (b) of Section 2 of this Guaranty in the manner provided in the Credit Agreement or any other Loan Document, each Guarantor immediately shall cause, as applicable, such payment in respect of the Guarantied Obligations to be made or such obligation to be performed, kept, observed, or fulfilled.

Performance Under this Guaranty. In the event that Borrower or any other guarantor fails to make any payment or prepayment of any Guarantied Obligations, on or prior to the due date thereof, or if Borrower or any other guarantor shall fail to perform, keep, observe, or fulfill any other obligation referred to in clause (b) of Section 2 3 of this Guaranty in the manner provided in the Credit Loan Agreement or any other Loan Document, Guarantor immediately shall cause, as applicable, such payment or prepayment in respect of the Guarantied Obligations to be made or such obligation to be performed, kept, observed, or fulfilled.

Performance Under this Guaranty. In the event that Borrower fails Borrowers fail to make any payment of any Guarantied Obligations, on or prior to the due date thereof, or if Borrower Borrowers shall fail to perform, keep, observe, or fulfill any other obligation referred to in clause (b) of Section 2 of this Guaranty in the manner provided in the Credit Agreement or any other Loan Document, Guarantor immediately shall cause, as applicable, such payment in respect of the Guarantied Obligations to be made or such obligation to be performed, kept, observed, or fulfilled.

Performance Under this Guaranty. In the event that any Borrower fails to make any payment of any Guarantied Obligations, on or prior to the due date thereof, or if any Borrower shall fail to perform, keep, observe, or fulfill any other obligation referred to in clause (b) of Section 2 16.1 of this Guaranty in the manner provided in the Credit this Agreement or any other Loan Document, each Guarantor immediately shall cause, as applicable, such payment in respect of the Guarantied Obligations to be made or such obligation to be performed, kept, observed, or fulfilled.

Performance Under this Guaranty. In the event that Borrower fails Borrowers fail to make any payment of any Guarantied Obligations, on or prior to the due date thereof, or if Borrower Borrowers shall fail to perform, keep, observe, or fulfill any other obligation referred to in clause (b) of Section 2 17.1 of this Guaranty in the manner provided in the Credit this Agreement or any other Loan Document, each Guarantor immediately shall cause, as applicable, such payment in respect of the Guarantied Obligations to be made or such obligation to be performed, kept, observed, or fulfilled.

Performance Under this Guaranty. In the event that Borrower fails to make any payment of any Guarantied Obligations, Guaranteed Obligations on or prior to before the due date thereof, or if Borrower shall fail to perform, keep, observe, or fulfill any other obligation referred to in clause (b) of Section 2 of this Guaranty hereof in the manner provided in the Credit Agreement or any other Term Loan DocumentDocuments, as applicable, Guarantor immediately shall cause, as applicable, cause such payment in respect of the Guarantied Obligations to be made or each of such obligation obligations to be performed, kept, observed, or fulfilled.

Performance Under this Guaranty. In the event that Borrower fails to make any payment of any Guarantied Obligations, on or prior to before the due date thereof, or if Borrower shall fail to perform, keep, observe, or fulfill any other obligation referred to in clause (b) of Section 2 of this Guaranty hereof in the manner provided in the Credit Loan Agreement or any the other Loan DocumentDocuments, as applicable (and subject to any applicable grace or notice periods expressly provided for in the Loan Agreement), each Guarantor immediately shall cause, as applicable, cause such payment in respect of the Guarantied Obligations to be made or each of such obligation obligations to be performed, kept, observed, or fulfilled.

Performance Under this Guaranty. In the event that Borrower fails to make any payment of any Guarantied Obligations, Obligations on or prior to before the due date thereof, or if Borrower shall fail to perform, keep, observe, or fulfill any other obligation obligations referred to in clause (b) of Section 2 of this Guaranty hereof in the manner provided in the Credit Agreement Agreement, the Revolving Credit Note, the Swingline Note or any the other Loan DocumentDocuments, as applicable, Guarantor immediately shall cause, as applicable, cause such payment in respect of the Guarantied Obligations to be made or each of such obligation obligations to be performed, kept, observed, or fulfilled.

Performance Under this Guaranty. In the event that Borrower fails to make any payment of any Guarantied Obligations, on or prior to the due date thereof, or if Borrower shall fail to perform, keep, observe, or fulfill any other obligation referred to in clause (b) of Section 2 of this Guaranty in the manner provided in the Credit Agreement or any other Loan Document, Guarantor immediately upon demand shall cause, as applicable, such payment in respect of the Guarantied Obligations to be made or such obligation to be performed, kept, observed, or fulfilled.

Performance Under this Guaranty. In the event that Borrower fails to make any payment of any Guarantied Guaranteed Obligations, on or prior to the due date thereof, or if Borrower shall fail to perform, keep, observe, or fulfill any other obligation referred to in clause (b) of Section 2 of this Guaranty in the manner provided in the Credit Agreement or any other Loan Document, Guarantor immediately shall cause, as applicable, such payment in respect of the Guarantied Guaranteed Obligations to be made or such obligation to be performed, kept, observed, or fulfilled.

Performance Under this Guaranty. In the event that any Borrower fails to make any payment of any Guarantied Obligations, on or prior to before the due date thereof, or if Borrower Borrowers shall fail to perform, keep, observe, or fulfill any other obligation referred to in clause (b) of Section 2 of this Guaranty hereof in the manner provided in the Credit Loan Agreement or any the other Loan Document, Guarantor immediately shall causeDocuments, as applicable, the Guarantor immediately shall cause such payment in respect of the Guarantied Obligations to be made or each of such obligation obligations to be performed, kept, observed, or fulfilled.

Performance Under this Guaranty. In the event that Borrower Debtor fails to make any payment of any Guarantied Obligations, on or prior to before the due date thereof, or if Borrower Debtor shall fail to perform, keep, observe, or fulfill any other obligation referred to in clause (b) of Section 2 of this Guaranty hereof in the manner provided in the Credit Consignment Agreement or any the other Loan DocumentConsignment Documents, as applicable, Guarantor immediately shall cause, as applicable, cause such payment in respect of the Guarantied Obligations to be made or each of such obligation obligations to be performed, kept, observed, or fulfilled.

Performance Under this Guaranty. In the event that any Borrower fails to make any payment of any Guarantied Obligations, Guaranteed Obligations on or prior to before the due date thereof, or if any Borrower shall fail to perform, keep, observe, or fulfill any other obligation referred to in clause (b) of Section 2 of this Guaranty hereof in the manner provided in the Credit Agreement or any other Secured Loan DocumentDocuments, each Guarantor immediately shall cause, as applicable, cause such payment in respect of the Guarantied Obligations to be made or each of such obligation obligations to be performed, kept, observed, or fulfilled.

Performance Under this Guaranty. In the event that Borrower fails to make any payment of any Guarantied Obligations, on or prior to the due date thereof, or if Borrower shall fail to perform, keep, observe, or fulfill any other obligation referred to in clause (bii) of Section 2 2(a) of this Guaranty in the manner provided in the Credit Agreement or any other Loan Document, Guarantor each Guarantor, on a joint and several basis, immediately shall cause, as applicable, such payment in respect of the Guarantied Obligations to be made or such obligation to be performed, kept, observed, or fulfilled.

Performance Under this Guaranty. Performance Under this Guaranty. In the event that Borrower fails to make any payment of any Guarantied Obligations, on or prior to the due date thereof, or if Borrower shall fail to perform, keep, observe, or fulfill any other obligation referred to in clause (b) of Section 2 of this Guaranty in the manner provided in the Credit Agreement or any other Loan Document, each Guarantor immediately upon demand shall cause, as applicable, such payment in respect of the Guarantied Obligations to be made or such obligation to be performed, kept, observed, or fulfilled.

Performance Under this Guaranty. In the event that Borrower a Debtor fails to make any payment of any Guarantied Obligations, on or prior to before the due date thereof, or if Borrower a Debtor shall fail to perform, keep, observe, or fulfill any other obligation referred to in clause (bSection 2(b) of Section 2 of this Guaranty hereof in the manner provided in the Credit Financing Agreement or any other the Loan Document, Guarantor immediately shall causeDocuments, as applicable, Guarantors immediately shall cause such payment in respect of the Guarantied Obligations to be made or each of such obligation obligations to be performed, kept, observed, or fulfilled.

Performance Under this Guaranty. Performance Under this Guaranty. In the event that Borrower fails to make any payment of any Guarantied Obligations, on or prior to before the due date thereof, or if Borrower shall fail to perform, keep, observe, or fulfill any other obligation referred to in clause (b) of Section 2 of this Guaranty in the manner provided in under the Credit Agreement or any other Loan DocumentDocument or Bank Product Agreement, in each case, in the manner provided therein, as applicable, Guarantor immediately shall cause, as applicable, cause such payment in respect of the Guarantied Obligations to be made or each of such obligation obligations to be performed, kept, observed, or fulfilled.

Performance Under this Guaranty. In the event that the Borrower fails to make any payment of any Guarantied Guaranteed Obligations, on or prior to the due date thereof, or if the Borrower shall fail to perform, keep, observe, or fulfill any other obligation referred to in clause (b) of Section 2 3 of this Guaranty in the manner provided in the Credit Agreement or any and the other Loan DocumentDocuments, Guarantor the Guarantors immediately shall cause, as applicable, such payment in respect of the Guarantied Guaranteed Obligations to be made or such obligation to be performed, kept, observed, or fulfilled.

Performance Under this Guaranty. In the event that Borrower fails to make any payment of any Guarantied Obligations, on or prior to the due date thereof, or if Borrower shall fail fails to perform, keep, observe, or fulfill any other obligation referred to in clause (b) of Section 2 of this Guaranty in the manner provided in the Credit Loan Agreement or any other Loan DocumentDocuments, Guarantor immediately shall cause, as applicable, such payment in respect of the Guarantied Obligations to be made or such obligation to be performed, kept, observed, or fulfilled.

Performance Under this Guaranty. In the event that Borrower Debtor fails to make any payment of any Guarantied Obligations, on or prior to before the due date thereof, or if Borrower Debtor shall fail to perform, keep, observe, or fulfill any other obligation referred to in clause (b) of Section 2 of this Guaranty hereof in the manner provided in the Credit Loan Agreement or any the other Loan Document, Guarantor immediately shall causeDocuments, as applicable, each Guarantor immediately shall cause such payment in respect of the Guarantied Obligations to be made or each of such obligation obligations to be performed, kept, observed, or fulfilled.

Performance Under this Guaranty. In the event that Borrower fails to make any payment of any Guarantied Obligations, on or prior to the due date thereof, or if Borrower shall fail to perform, keep, observe, or fulfill any other obligation referred to in clause (b) of Section 2 of this Guaranty in the manner provided in the Credit Loan Agreement or any other Loan Document, Guarantor immediately shall cause, as applicable, such payment in respect of the Guarantied Obligations to be made or such obligation to be performed, kept, observed, or fulfilled.

Performance Under this Guaranty. In the event that Borrower fails to make any payment of any Guarantied Obligations, on or prior to the due date thereof, or if Borrower shall fail to perform, keep, observe, or fulfill any other obligation referred to in clause (b) of Section 2 of this Guaranty in the manner provided in the Credit Agreement or any of the other Loan DocumentDocuments, Guarantor immediately shall cause, as applicable, such payment in respect of the Guarantied Obligations to be made or such obligation to be performed, kept, observed, or fulfilled.. 

Performance Under this Guaranty. In the event that Borrower fails to make any payment of any Guarantied Obligations, on or prior to before the due date thereof, or if Borrower shall fail to perform, keep, observe, or fulfill any other obligation referred to in clause (b) of Section 2 of this Guaranty under the Note or any other Note Document in the manner provided in the Credit Agreement or any other Loan Documenttherein, as applicable, Guarantor immediately shall cause, as applicable, cause such payment in respect of the Guarantied Obligations to be made or each of such obligation obligations to be performed, kept, observed, or fulfilled.

Performance Under this Guaranty. In the event that Borrower Debtor fails to make any payment of any Guarantied Obligations, on or prior to before the due date thereof, or if Borrower Debtor shall fail to perform, keep, observe, or fulfill any other obligation referred to in clause (b) of Section 2 of this Guaranty hereof in the manner provided in the Credit Loan Agreement or any the other UK Loan DocumentDocuments, as applicable, Guarantor immediately shall cause, as applicable, cause such payment in respect of the Guarantied Obligations to be made or each of such obligation obligations to be performed, kept, observed, or fulfilled.

Performance Under this Guaranty. In the event that Borrower fails Borrowers fail to make any payment of any Guarantied Obligations, on or prior to the due date thereof, or if Borrower Borrowers shall fail to perform, keep, observe, or fulfill any other obligation referred to in clause (b) of Section 2 of this Guaranty in the manner manner, and subject to any cure periods, provided in the Credit Agreement or any other Loan Document, Guarantor each of the Guarantors immediately shall cause, as applicable, such payment in respect of the Guarantied Obligations to be made or such obligation to be performed, kept, observed, or fulfilled.

Performance Under this Guaranty. In the event that Borrower fails to make any payment of any Guarantied Obligations, on or prior to the due date thereof, or if Borrower shall fail to perform, keep, observe, or fulfill any other obligation referred to in clause (b) of Section 2 of this Guaranty in the manner provided in the Credit Agreement or any other Loan Document, Guarantor Guarantors immediately shall cause, as applicable, such payment in respect of the Guarantied Obligations to be made or such obligation to be performed, kept, observed, or fulfilled.

Performance Under this Guaranty. In the event that Borrower fails to make any payment of any Guarantied Obligations, on or prior to the due date thereof, or if Borrower shall fail to perform, keep, observe, or fulfill any other obligation referred to in clause (b) of Section 2 of this Guaranty in the manner provided in the either Credit Agreement or any other Loan Document, Guarantor Guarantors immediately shall cause, as applicable, such payment in respect of the Guarantied Obligations to be made or such obligation to be performed, kept, observed, or fulfilled.

Performance Under this Guaranty. In the event that Borrower Debtor fails to make any payment of any Guarantied Obligations, on or prior to before the due date thereof, or if Borrower Debtor shall fail to perform, keep, observe, or fulfill any other obligation referred to in clause (b) of Section 2 of this Guaranty hereof in the manner provided in the Credit Loan Agreement or any the other Subsidiary Loan Document, Guarantor immediately shall causeDocuments, as applicable, each Guarantor immediately shall cause such payment in respect of the Guarantied Obligations to be made or each of such obligation obligations to be performed, kept, observed, or fulfilled.

Performance Under this Guaranty. In the event that Borrower fails to make any payment of any Guarantied Obligations, on or prior to before the due date thereof, or if Borrower shall fail to perform, keep, observe, or fulfill any other obligation referred to in clause (b) of Section 2 of this Guaranty hereof in the manner provided in the Credit Loan Agreement or any the other Loan DocumentDocuments, as applicable, Guarantor immediately shall cause, as applicable, cause such payment in respect of the Guarantied Obligations to be made to Lender or each of such obligation obligations to be performed, kept, observed, or fulfilled.

Performance Under this Guaranty. In the event that Borrower fails to make any payment of any Guarantied Obligations, Obligations on or prior to before the due date thereof, or if Borrower shall fail to perform, keep, observe, or fulfill any other obligation obligations referred to in clause (b) of Section 2 of this Guaranty hereof in the manner provided in the Credit Agreement Term Loan Agreement, the Term Note, or any the other Term Loan Document, Guarantor immediately shall causeDocuments, as applicable, Guarantors immediately shall cause such payment in respect of the Guarantied Obligations to be made or each of such obligation obligations to be performed, kept, observed, or fulfilled.

Performance Under this Guaranty. In the event that Borrower fails to make any payment of any Guarantied Obligations, Obligations on or prior to before the due date thereof, or if Borrower shall fail to perform, keep, observe, or fulfill any other obligation obligations referred to in clause (b) of Section 2 of this Guaranty hereof in the manner provided in the Credit Agreement Agreement, the Revolving Credit Note, the Swingline Note or any the other Loan Document, Guarantor immediately shall causeDocuments, as applicable, Guarantors immediately shall cause such payment in respect of the Guarantied Obligations to be made or each of such obligation obligations to be performed, kept, observed, or fulfilled.

Performance Under this Guaranty. In the event that Borrower a Debtor fails to make any payment of any Guarantied Obligations, on or prior to before the due date thereof, or if Borrower a Debtor shall fail to perform, keep, observe, or fulfill any other obligation referred to in clause (bSection 2(b) of Section 2 of this Guaranty hereof in the manner provided in the Credit Financing Agreement or any other the Loan DocumentDocuments, as applicable, Guarantor immediately shall cause, as applicable, cause such payment in respect of the Guarantied Obligations to be made or each of such obligation obligations to be performed, kept, observed, or fulfilled.

Performance Under this Guaranty. In the event that Borrower fails to make any payment of any Guarantied Guaranteed Obligations, on or prior to the due date thereof, or if Borrower shall fail to perform, keep, observe, or fulfill any other obligation referred to in clause (b) of Section 2 of this Guaranty in the manner provided in the Credit Agreement or any other Loan DocumentCredit Document or any Secured Hedging Agreement, Guarantor each of the Guarantors immediately shall cause, as applicable, such payment in respect of the Guarantied Guaranteed Obligations to be made or such obligation to be performed, kept, observed, or fulfilled.

Performance Under this Guaranty. In the event that the Borrower fails to make any payment of any Guarantied Obligations, Guaranteed Obligations on or prior to before the due date thereof, or if the Borrower shall fail to perform, keep, observe, or fulfill any other obligation referred to in clause "(b) )" of Section 2 of this Guaranty 2.1 hereof in the manner provided in the Credit Sale and Assignment Agreement or any other the Loan DocumentDocuments, the Guarantor immediately shall cause, as applicable, cause such payment in respect of the Guarantied Obligations to be made or each of such obligation obligations to be performed, kept, observed, or fulfilled.

Performance Under this Guaranty. In the event that Borrower fails to make any payment of any Guarantied Obligations, on or prior to before the due date thereof, or if Borrower shall fail to perform, keep, observe, or fulfill any other obligation referred to in clause (b) of Section 2 of this Guaranty hereof in the manner provided in the Credit Loan Agreement or any the other Loan Document, Guarantor immediately shall causeDocuments, as applicable, each Guarantor immediately shall cause such payment in respect of the Guarantied Obligations to be made or each of such obligation obligations to be performed, kept, observed, or fulfilled.

Performance Under this Guaranty. In the event that Borrower fails Borrowers fail to make any payment of any Guarantied Obligations, on or prior to the due date thereof, or if Borrower Borrowers shall fail to perform, keep, observe, or fulfill any other obligation referred to in clause (b) of Section 2 of this Guaranty in the manner provided in the Credit Agreement or any other Loan Document, Guarantor the Guarantors immediately shall cause, as applicable, such payment in respect of the Guarantied Obligations to be made or such obligation to be performed, kept, observed, or fulfilled.

Performance Under this Guaranty. In the event that Borrower fails to make any payment of any Guarantied Obligations, on or prior to before the due date thereof, or if Borrower shall fail to perform, keep, observe, or fulfill any other obligation referred to in clause (b) of Section 2 of this Guaranty in the manner provided in under the Credit Agreement or any other Loan Document, Guarantor immediately shall causein each case, in the manner provided therein, as applicable, Guarantor immediately shall cause such payment in respect of the Guarantied Obligations to be made or each of such obligation obligations to be performed, kept, observed, or fulfilled.

Performance Under this Guaranty. In the event that the Borrower fails to make any payment of any Guarantied Obligations, on or prior to the due date thereof, or if the Borrower shall fail to perform, keep, observe, or fulfill any other obligation referred to in clause (bSection 2(b) of Section 2 of this Guaranty in the manner provided in the Credit Agreement or any other Loan Credit Document, the Guarantor immediately shall cause, as applicable, such payment in respect of the Guarantied Obligations to be made or such obligation to be performed, kept, observed, or fulfilled.

Performance Under this Guaranty. In the event that Borrower fails Borrowers fail to make any payment of any Guarantied Obligations, on or prior to the due date thereof, or if Borrower Borrowers shall fail to perform, keep, observe, or fulfill any other obligation referred to in clause (b) of Section 2 of this Guaranty in the manner provided in the Credit Agreement or any other Loan Document, Guarantor Guarantors immediately shall cause, as applicable, such payment in respect of the Guarantied Obligations to be made or such obligation to be performed, kept, observed, or fulfilled.

Performance Under this Guaranty. In the event that the Borrower fails to make any payment of any Guarantied Guaranteed Obligations, on or prior to the due date thereof, or if the Borrower shall fail to perform, keep, observe, or fulfill any other obligation referred to in clause (b) of Section 2 3 of this Guaranty in the manner provided in the Credit Agreement or any and the other Loan DocumentCredit Documents, the Parent Guarantor immediately shall cause, as applicable, such payment in respect of the Guarantied Guaranteed Obligations to be made or such obligation to be performed, kept, observed, or fulfilled.

Performance Under this Guaranty. In the event that any Borrower fails to make any payment of any Guarantied Obligations, on or prior to the due date thereof, or if any Borrower shall fail to perform, keep, observe, or fulfill any other obligation referred to in clause (b) of Section 2 of this Guaranty in the manner provided in the Credit Agreement or any other Loan Document, Guarantor immediately shall cause, as applicable, such payment in respect of the Guarantied Obligations to be made or such obligation to be performed, kept, observed, or fulfilled.

Performance Under this Guaranty. In the event that Borrower fails to make any payment of any Guarantied Obligations, on or prior to the due date thereof, or if Borrower shall fail to perform, keep, observe, or fulfill any other obligation referred to in clause (b) of Section 2 of this Guaranty in the manner provided in the Credit Agreement or any other Loan Document, each Guarantor immediately shall cause, as applicable, such payment in respect of the Guarantied Obligations to be made or such obligation to be performed, kept, observed, or fulfilled.

Performance Under this Guaranty. In the event that Borrower fails to make any payment of any Guarantied Obligations, on or prior to the due date thereof, or if Borrower shall fail to perform, keep, observe, or fulfill any other obligation referred to in clause (b) of Section 2 of this Guaranty in the manner provided in the Credit Agreement or any other Loan Document, Guarantor Guarantors immediately shall cause, as applicable, such payment in respect of the Guarantied Obligations to be made or such obligation to be performed, kept, observed, or fulfilled.

Performance Under this Guaranty. In the event that Borrower fails to make any payment of any Guarantied Obligations, Obligations on or prior to before the due date thereof, or if Borrower shall fail to perform, keep, observe, or fulfill any other obligation referred to in clause (b) of Section 2 of this Guaranty hereof in the manner provided in the Credit Agreement or any other Loan DocumentDocuments, Guarantor immediately shall cause, as applicable, cause such payment in respect of the Guarantied Obligations to be made or each of such obligation obligations to be performed, kept, observed, observed or fulfilled.

Performance Under this Guaranty. Performance Under this Guaranty.
