PERFORMANCE STANDARDS SUMMARY. The City will assess the Contractor’s performance during each task order period of performance to determine the degree to which such performance has met the City’s standards. This assessment will focus on six (6) criteria: capability and innovation, accountability, responsiveness, transparency, continuity and cost. The Contractor’s performance on each criterion will be judged as having been “Excellent”, “Satisfactory” or “Unsatisfactory” based upon performance metrics set forth in the task orders. The City will consider the results of this assessment when developing its objectives and approach to award follow-on task orders.
