Performance Standards Requirement. In order to adequately perform assigned duties, unit employees shall achieve and maintain a minimum physical performance standard as determined by Police Management, based upon the medical standards set forth for the purpose of a physical performance standardized program for all sworn personnel. Police Management may propose new physical fitness programs at any time during the term of this agreement. Such proposals and subsequent agreements with the GPOA shall not constitute a reopening of negotiations nor an abrogation of any or all of the terms of this agreement.
