Common use of Performance Rebate Clause in Contracts

Performance Rebate. If ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ meets the minimum annual purchase quota as set forth in Schedule IV, Vendor shall pay to ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ within 45 days following the end of each year of the Initial Term a cash rebate equal to two and one-half percent (2 ½%) of its purchases during the year.
