Performance on Holidays. If any action is required to be taken pursuant to this Royalty Agreement on or by a specified date which is not a business day in the State of Western Australia, Australia, Vancouver, British Columbia, Burkina Faso or the Cayman Islands, then such action will be valid if taken on or by the next business day.
