PERFORMANCE OF ROUTINE DUTIES. Routine duties for fire suppression personnel are normally performed from 0900 hours until 1700 hours, it being understood and agreed that, because of the nature of the fire service, an increasing level of fire service requirements and emergency responses, the ACFD may determine that performance of such duties outside of such hours is necessary for operational reasons.
