Common use of Performance of Obligations Secured Clause in Contracts

Performance of Obligations Secured. Trustor shall promptly pay when due the principal of and interest on the indebtedness evidenced by the Note, the principal of and interest on any Future Advance, any Prepayment Premium and late charges provided for in the Note or in any note evidencing a Future Advance, and shall further perform fully and in a timely manner all other obligations of Trustor contained herein or in the Note or in any note evidencing a Future Advance or in any of the Related Agreements.

Trustor shall promptly pay when due the principal of and interest on the indebtedness evidenced by constituting the NoteObligations, the principal of and interest on any Future Advance, advance of funds by Beneficiary for the benefit of Trustor and any Prepayment Premium and late charges loan fees provided for in the Note or in any note evidencing a Future AdvanceObligations, and shall further perform fully and in a timely manner all other obligations of Trustor contained herein or in the Note or in any note evidencing a Future Advance or in any of the Related AgreementsObligations.
