Common use of Performance of Material Contracts Clause in Contracts

Performance of Material Contracts. Perform and observe all the terms and provisions of each Material Contract to be performed or observed by it, maintain each Material Contract in full force and effect, enforce each such Material Contract in accordance with its terms, take all such action to such end as may be from time to time requested by the Agent and, upon request of the Agent, make to each other party to each Material Contract such demands and requests for information and reports or for action as any Group Entity or any of its Subsidiaries is entitled to make under such Material Contract.

Performance of Material Contracts. Perform and observe all of the terms and provisions of each Material Contract material contract to be performed or observed by itit (including, maintain each Material Contract in full force without limitation, leases, supplier agreements and effect, bank agreements) and enforce each such Material Contract material contract in accordance with its terms, take all such action terms to such end as may be from time the extent that its failure to time requested by the Agent and, upon request of the Agent, make to each other party to each Material Contract such demands and requests for information and reports or for action as any Group Entity or any of its Subsidiaries is entitled to make under such Material Contractdo so would have a material adverse effect on Borrower.

Performance of Material Contracts. Perform It will perform and observe, and cause each of its Subsidiaries to perform and observe all the terms and provisions of each Material Contract to be performed or observed by it, maintain each such Material Contract in full force and effecteffect in accordance with its terms, and enforce each such Material Contract in accordance with its terms, take all such action to such end as may be from time to time requested by the Agent and, upon request of the Agent, make to each other party to each Material Contract such demands and requests for information and reports or for action as any Group Entity or any of its Subsidiaries is entitled to make under such Material Contract.

Perform and observe all the terms and provisions of each Material Contract to be performed or observed by itBorrower and its Domestic Subsidiaries, maintain each such Material Contract in full force and effect, enforce each such Material Contract in accordance with its terms, take all such action to such end as may be from time to time requested by the Agent and, upon request of the Agent, make to each other party to each such Material Contract such demands and requests for information and reports or for action as any Group Entity Borrower or any of its Domestic Subsidiaries is entitled to make under such Material Contract.

Performance of Material Contracts. Perform in all material respects and observe all the terms and provisions of each Material Contract to be performed or observed by it, maintain each Material Contract in full force and effect, enforce each such Material Contract in accordance with its terms, take all such reasonable action to such end as may be from time to time requested by the Agent Lender for such purposes and, upon the request of the AgentLender, make to each other party to each Material Contract such demands and requests for information and reports or for action as any Group Entity Borrower Party or any of its Subsidiaries is entitled to make under such Material Contract.

Performance of Material Contracts. Perform and observe all the terms and provisions of each Material Contract to be performed or observed by it, maintain each such Material Contract in full force and effect, enforce each such Material Contract in accordance with its terms, take all such action to such end as may be from time to time reasonably requested by the Administrative Agent and, upon reasonable request of the Administrative Agent, make to each other party to each such Material Contract such demands and requests for information and reports or for action as any Group Entity Loan Party or any of its Subsidiaries is entitled to make under such Material Contract, and cause each of its Subsidiaries to do so.

Performance of Material Contracts. Perform and observe all the terms and provisions of each Material Contract to be performed or observed by it, maintain each Material Contract in full force and effecteffect (or obtain a reasonable replacement thereof), enforce each such Material Contract in accordance with its terms, take all such action to such end as may be from time to time requested by the Agent and, upon request of the Agent, make to each other party to each Material Contract such demands and requests for information and reports or for action as any Group Entity or any of its Subsidiaries Loan Party is entitled to make under such Material Contract.

Performance of Material Contracts. Perform and observe in all material aspects, all the terms and provisions of each Material Contract to be performed or observed by it, maintain each such Material Contract in full force and effect, enforce each such Material Contract in accordance with its terms, take all such action to such end as may be from time to time requested by the Agent Administrative Agent, and, upon request of the Administrative Agent, make to each other party to each such Material Contract such demands and requests for information and reports or for action as any Group Entity or any of its Subsidiaries Loan Party is entitled to make under such Material Contract.
