PERFORMANCE OF ACADEMIC PRACTICES. The performance of practices in (company/entity) will be subject to the terms set forth in this agreement. Internship fees are stipulated according to the characteristics of each internship and also the availability of the company/entity. Fees, in any case, will be according to the academic, learning, of representation and participation activity performed by the student in the university. With relation to the term of the internship, this should not last more than 10 months. Students are subject to the internal rules and regulations of (name of the company/entity) and shall follow directions received from their supervisor. Students will perform diligently the tasks assigned, for which will keep professional secrecy during the internship and after that. For justified reasons, either party may conclude the term of the internship. If the company/entity deems appropriate, the University will manage the incorporation of a new student who will start His/Her internship as soon as possible. If any of the undersigned party or the students wish to use partial or final results of the internship, to be published as an article, conference, thesis, memory, etc. He/She shall request written acceptance from the other party, and said party must reply, in a maximum term of 45 days, stating the acceptance or non-conformity. If by the deadline of 45 days, the requesting party does not receive any reply, It will be understood as an acceptance for the diffusion. In any case, It shall be respected the mention of the authors of the work in any publication as well as patents, in case of patents, there will be mentioned as inventors.
