Performance Milestone. Grantee shall expend 50% of total Grant amount to Homebuyers within twelve (12) months from the start of the Performance Period. Agency will review the Grantee’s performance of the Work to determine if remaining Grant funds will be retained by ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇, reallocated to other awardees under the RFA or reallocated for future use by Agency. Grantee will be notified in writing, within thirty (30) days of completion of review (email acceptable), which will outline the remaining Grant funds available to Grantee.
