Common use of Performance Matrix Clause in Contracts

Performance Matrix. The following terms shall apply to the Award of Restricted Stock Units granted to the Participant identified in the Notice of Grant attached as Part I of the Award Agreement to which this Performance Matrix is attached. Unless otherwise defined herein, capitalized terms shall have the meanings set forth in the Plan or Award Agreement, as applicable. Any Restricted Stock Units that do not vest based on achievement against the performance metric, as determined by the Administrator, will be immediately forfeited and returned to the Plan share reserve.
