Performance; Loan Documents. The performance of all of the terms, covenants, conditions, agreements, obligations and liabilities of the Mortgagor under this Mortgage, and all credit accommodations, loan agreements, notes, and any other agreements and documents, now or hereafter existing, creating, evidencing, guarantying, securing or relating to any or all of the Liabilities, together with all amendments, modifications, renewals or extensions thereof (all of the foregoing collectively referred to as the "Loan Documents"). The Liabilities secured by this Mortgage were obtained solely for the purpose of carrying on or acquiring a business or commercial investment and not for residential, consumer or household purposes.
