Performance Increment Increase. If a teacher's first day of employment is prior to February 1, the teacher shall receive a performance increment increase at the beginning of the following school year. If a teacher's first day of employment is on or after February 1, the teacher shall receive a step increase the Fall following the completion of one full school year contract.
