Common use of Performance Guaranty Clause in Contracts

Performance Guaranty. The Performance Guarantor hereby consents to this Amendment and agrees that the Agreement, each as amended hereby, shall remain in full force and effect immediately after giving effect to this Amendment. Immediately after giving effect to this Amendment, all of the provisions of the Performance Guaranty shall remain in full force and effect and the Performance Guarantor hereby ratifies and affirms the Performance Guaranty and acknowledges that the Performance Guaranty has continued and shall continue in full force and effect in accordance with its terms.

Performance Guaranty. The Performance Guarantor hereby consents to this Amendment and agrees that the AgreementTransaction Documents, each as amended hereby, shall remain in full force and effect immediately after giving effect to this Amendment. Immediately after giving effect to this Amendment, all of the provisions of the Performance Guaranty shall remain in full force and effect and the Performance Guarantor hereby ratifies and affirms the Performance Guaranty and acknowledges that the Performance Guaranty has continued and shall continue in full force and effect in accordance with its terms.
