Performance Goals and Measures. The 2024 Cycle describes how the final number of Performance Share Units will be calculated according to this Agreement. The final number of Performance Share Units will be between 0% and 250% of the Plan Amount (the “Final Award”) and will be based on the Compensation Committee’s (the “Committee”) determination of (1) the Company’s relative average Return on Capital Employed and (2) a relative Total Shareholder Return modifier (collectively, the “Performance Goals”) over the Performance Period.
Performance Goals and Measures. The data for assessing the performance goals will be reported in the school district’s Annual Report on Aboriginal Students. The annual report will be submitted to the Ministry of Education through the Aboriginal Education Learning Division.
