Common use of Performance Cycles Clause in Contracts

Performance Cycles. The period covered by this Award Agreement is January 1, [FIRST YEAR] through December 31, [THIRD YEAR] (the "Award Period"), within which each of the following periods shall constitute a Performance Cycle: January 1, [FIRST YEAR] through December 31, [FIRST YEAR]; January 1, [FIRST YEAR] through December 31, [SECOND YEAR]; and January 1, [FIRST YEAR] through December 31, [THIRD YEAR].
