Performance Corrective Action Plan. Buyer shall request and Supplier hereby agrees to prepare a corrective action analysis and recovery plan for all part numbers (Item(s)) that fail to meet the quality performance improvement plan. Supplier’s Senior Management will present the corrective action and recovery plan to Buyer for approval.
