Performance by the Acquiror Clause Samples
Performance by the Acquiror. 10.2.1 All of the covenants and obligations that the Acquiror and Acquiror Shareholders are required to perform or to comply with pursuant to this Agreement (considered collectively), and each of these covenants and obligations (considered individually), must have been performed and complied with in all respects.
10.2.2 Each document required to be delivered by the Acquiror and Acquiror Shareholders pursuant to this Agreement must have been delivered.
Performance by the Acquiror. 10.2.1 All of the covenants and obligations that the Acquiror is required to perform or to comply with pursuant to this Agreement (considered collectively), and each of these covenants and obligations (considered individually), must have been performed and complied with in all respects.
10.2.2 Each document required to be delivered by the Acquiror pursuant to this Agreement must have been delivered.
