Common use of Performance Bonds Clause in Contracts

Performance Bonds. Buyer shall have obtained, or caused to be obtained, in the name of Buyer, replacements for Seller’s and/or Seller’s Affiliates’ bonds, letters of credit and guarantees, and such other bonds, letters of credit and guarantees to the extent required by Section 7.05.

Performance Bonds. Buyer shall have obtained, or caused to be obtained, in the name of Buyer, replacements for Seller’s and/or Seller’s Affiliates’ bonds, letters of credit and guarantees, and such other bonds, letters of credit and guarantees all Bonds required to the extent required be obtained by Buyer pursuant to Section 7.05.

Performance Bonds. Buyer shall have obtained, or caused to be obtained, in the name of BuyerBuyer or its designee, replacements for Seller’s and/or Seller’s Affiliates’ bonds, letters of credit and guarantees, and such other bonds, letters of credit and guarantees to the extent required by Section 7.05.

Performance Bonds. With respect to the Option Closing only, Buyer shall have obtained, or caused to be obtained, in the name of Buyer, replacements for each Seller’s and/or Seller’s its Affiliates’ bonds, letters of credit and guarantees, and such other bonds, letters of credit and guarantees to the extent required by Section 7.05.

Buyer shall have obtained, or caused to be obtained, in the name of BuyerBuyer or Linn Operating, Inc., replacements for Seller’s and/or Seller’s Affiliates’ bonds, letters of credit and guarantees, and such other bonds, letters of credit and guarantees to the extent required by Section 7.057.06.

Performance Bonds. Buyer shall have obtained, or caused to be obtained, in the name of Buyer, replacements for Seller’s and/or Seller’s Affiliates’ Buyer bonds, letters of credit and guaranteesguarantees related to the Acquired Fields, and such escrows and other bonds, letters of credit and guarantees to the extent required by Section 7.056.04, subject to the condition set forth in Section 8.02(e), below.
