Performance and Coordination Clause Samples

The Performance and Coordination clause establishes the expectations and requirements for how parties will carry out their respective duties and collaborate throughout the duration of the agreement. It typically outlines standards for timely completion of tasks, communication protocols, and mechanisms for resolving issues that may arise during the project. By clearly defining these operational procedures, the clause helps ensure that all parties work efficiently together, minimizing misunderstandings and delays.
