Performance Allowed Sample Clauses

Performance Allowed. Execution, delivery and performance of this Agreement will not conflict with, or with or without notice or the passage of time, or both, result in any breach of, or constitute any default under, or result in the imposition of any lien or encumbrance upon the Property under any agreement or other instrument to which Seller or the Property is bound.
