PERFORMANCE ACCOUNTABILITY MEASURES. The process that the WIB will use to reach agreement with the BOS Chair and the Governor on local performance accountability measures in accordance with WIOA section 107(d)(9) will include negotiating and reaching agreement on local performance measures with the BOS Chair and the Governor in accordance with WIOA section 116 (c).
