Common use of Perfect security Clause in Contracts

Perfect security. Sign anything and do anything the Secured Party requires to further or more effectively secure the Secured Party’s rights over the Secured Property, to register this or any other security interest, or to take control of any of the Secured Property. The Grantor authorises the Secured Party and its representatives to complete and date this document in any way it is incomplete.
