Per Project Limit. The Parties understand and agree that full and complete payment for Work performed for a single Work Order Package or in shall not exceed the sum of THREE MILLION DOLLARS ($3,000,000.00), excluding change orders but inclusive of hiring incentives, if any. Design- Builder’s performance of the Work shall be compensated either on a lump sum basis in an amount not to exceed the amount set forth in the applicable Work Order Package or Request or on a Unit Price, Crew Hour Rate or Time and Equipment basis as set forth in the Work Order Package.

  • Interconnection Facilities Engineering Procurement and Construction Interconnection Facilities, Network Upgrades, and Distribution Upgrades shall be studied, designed, and constructed pursuant to Good Utility Practice. Such studies, design and construction shall be based on the assumed accuracy and completeness of all technical information received by the Participating TO and the CAISO from the Interconnection Customer associated with interconnecting the Large Generating Facility.

  • Construction Management Landlord or its Affiliate or agent shall supervise the Work, make disbursements required to be made to the contractor, and act as a liaison between the contractor and Tenant and coordinate the relationship between the Work, the Building and the Building’s Systems. In consideration for Landlord’s construction supervision services, Tenant shall pay to Landlord a construction supervision fee equal to three percent (3%) of Tenant’s Costs specified in Section 7.

  • Project 3.01. The Recipient declares its commitment to the objectives of the Project. To this end, the Recipient shall carry out the Project in accordance with the provisions of Article IV of the General Conditions.
