Per Performance Contract Sample Clauses

A Per Performance Contract clause defines the terms under which payment or compensation is made based on each individual performance or event, rather than a fixed salary or lump sum. In practice, this means that an artist, speaker, or service provider is paid a set amount for every show, appearance, or completed task, with the total compensation depending on the number of performances delivered. This clause ensures that payment is directly tied to actual work performed, providing clarity and fairness for both parties by aligning compensation with output.
