Per Diem Nurses Unit. A Per Diem Nurse who has terminated County employment, and who is subsequently rehired in the same Per Diem Nurse classification within one (1) year (i.e., beginning the first day of work by the 365th calendar day), shall receive restoration of his/her salary step.
